The original and still the best, the Big Dude blade bait is back!
Whether you are fishing the spring run of Walleye, Sauger or White Bass, the Big Dude can’t be beat.
Casting to the tailraces when the water is cold, elicits monster strikes.
Rip and pause is another effective technique as is just a plain cast and retrieve.
You can also jig them or troll them. The wobble is tighter than that of our B-Fish-N B3 Blade, so it’s good to have a second option.
You just can’t beat this simple design that casts like a bullet and has an erratic action for anywhere that walleye and white bass swim!
We currently carry 19 of the top fish catching color in 3 sizes: 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 oz.
Big Dude Blade Bait Kits:
10 piece Grab Bag kit, containing 10 different colors, specifically chosen by Custom Jig’s Expert Staff (NO changes allowed) for only $30.99, a savings of $5.00 if purchased separately.

I have fished a lot of different blade baits over the years.
The big dudes always produce. I assume it is the vibration.
It appears to be different than the others in some manner.
I don't know, but I do know they are the only blades I use!
They Catch Fish

Excellent action/vibration on retrieve, whether reeling straight in, lift & drop or vertical jigging. Today's trip yielded largemouth and smallmouth bass, ,stripers, catfish and a drum. I just wish the hooks wouldn't foul up on each other or on the line. Using a 15 lb test or larger flouro leader helps, but still happens too often. Either on the cast or on the drop. I'm thinking of trying smaller split rings. I tried removing the split rings that hold the hooks and attached the hooks directly to the body. I did this by snipping the hook eye close to the hook shaft with a wire cutter, bending the eye open enough to slide it onto the body, then pinching the eye closed with a needle nose. I had fewer fouls, but had a fish pull the back hook off.

These lures have been my “go-to” lure for many years. They produce when all others fail.

You can not beat these 1/2 oz blade baits for lake Trout. Been using them for three years now. Through the ice can’t be beat. The bass and walleyes eat the ?@“x out of them also. If you haven’t given these a shot yet grab some with a color to match your lake forage and start jigging.
I love this lure

My favorite Walleye lure. For the guy that complained about the hooks tangling, I have several where I took off the rear treble and replace with a single hook so I can trail a crawler. Rarely if ever get a tangle with that rig and the walleye can't get enough. Going to try it on the Illinois river this spring for the white bass run and then for some sauger. Can't wait.
